We are seeking leaders who can see the truth. If you have identified a systemic failure and have the logic to fix it, we invite you to submit a proposal for the Republic.
We are not looking for commentary; we are looking for the standards that will shape the next generation.
Submission Standards
Your submission must meet the legislative standard of the New Republic:
- Identify the Failure: State exactly why the current system is failing. Name the institution, policy, or structural defect that has compromised the common good.
- The Diagnosis: Show the specific corruption, greed, or foundational defect — the “Smaug” — that caused the problem. A law without a named enemy is a law without teeth.
- The Proposed Law: Provide a practical governing law that addresses the failure and serves human well-being and the common good. We do not publish critiques without construction.
- Validation: Provide one historical or legal example and one piece of modern data or systemic case study to prove your proposal works.
What We Will Not Publish
The New Republic has no use for the Empire’s methods. We will immediately reject:
- Allegiance to the Old Empire: If it reads like a DNC or RNC talking point, it is a product of the machine we are replacing.
- Binary Tribalism: Content that exists to “own” the other side or deploy “whataboutism” is a structural defect. We do not publish structural defects.
- Diagnosis Without a Law: We are not a platform for outrage. If you tear down a system, you must draft the law that replaces it.
- Misinformation or Conspiracy: All submissions must be grounded in objective reality and verifiable evidence.
How to Submit
- Read the Standards: Before you write a word, you must read Our Standards and The Code. Your submission must adhere to the letter and spirit of both.
- Format: Send your completed Decree (600 – 1,200 words) as a Google Doc or .docx attachment, structured as a Legislative Briefing (Preamble, Diagnosis, New Law, Validation).
- Bio: Include a 2-3 sentence bio identifying your perspective and area of expertise.
- Email: Send your submission to submissions@tribunesroar.com with the subject line: “DECREE: [Your Article Title]”
We read every submission that meets these standards. If your Decree serves the Republic, we will contact you within one to two weeks. We reserve the right to edit all accepted submissions for clarity, length, and structural integrity.
